(1) Do you ship worldwide? Yes we do. We Ship all over the world. No order is too big or too small.
(2) Do you charge taxes? Taxes are charged by eBay and submitted by eBay. We have no control of taxes implemented.
(3) Where are you located? Hockey Card World is located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Our warehouse is not open to the public. We are a mail order company.
(4) How long will my order take to arrive? All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Within Canada can take anywhere from 2-7 business days, United States 3-10 business days and worldwide 5-15 business days. Notes: Due to mail interruption and world wide events, sometimes mail can take longer. This is out of our hands.
(5) Do you accept returns? We accept returns on un-opened items only. We do not accept returns on graded cards or boxes that have been opened. if you change your mind for some reason once item is delivered we refund amount of item excluding shipping fees. If item is received damaged from postal companies Hockey Card World will request photos of damage.
(6) Do you combine shipping on multiple items? Yes we do. Please wait for us to send a combined invoice after purchase.
